Smooth & Textured Cladding Installed in Bransgore
Cladding does not require planning permission to be fitted to your property, however though certain areas have a theme or style and completely changing your home might make it stick out like a sore thumb! We recently visited a property in Bransgore which was facing this very scenario. In the Cul-De-Sac all the properties feature brown wood panelling, which over time fades, cracks and wears away due to sun, water and weather damage. Aging the property. Not wanting to refinish or refit the wood panelling what can this homeowner do?
Thank-fully Marley Cedral had the answer! We were able to match the existing wood finish in colour and texture to in keep with the current style of the neighbourhood. Cladding was fitted to the upper half of the building, completely covering every side and extension.
We also used a new product in the Marley range, Cedral Smooth. This new product provided colour coded Fascias and Soffits which matched the colour and finish of the cladding perfectly. Looking like timber, this panel is made from fibre cement. Fibre cement is made from wood, cellulose, sand and synthetic fibres making it environmentally friendly.
This homeowner now gets to benefit from better protection from the weather, improved insulation and a harder wearing material protecting their home whilst looking part of the existing properties.
