Fortex® uPVC Cladding for Park and Mobile Homes
When installing cladding for park homes, our product of choice is Fortex® by Freefoam.
Fortex® exterior cladding combines low maintenance uPVC with an embossed wood effect finish. You can choose from two styles: Double Shiplap and Weatherboard, each offering its own unique aesthetic. Both styles come in a range of subtle colours, including white, sand, blue, grey, green, and brown, allowing you to select the perfect shade to complement your park home.

Fortex® weatherboard cladding weighs just 3.15kg per 5-metre board, making it 4 times lighter than fibre cement board. Its low weight allows our team to install it quickly and efficiently.

The Building Research Establishment’s (BRE) ‘Green Guide to Specification’ has given Fortex® PVC cladding an A+ rating when installed with standard insulation components. This makes it an energy-efficient and eco-friendly option.

YBS Foil Insulation
Unlike traditional homes, which are made from brick and mortar, most park homes are made from a timber frame on a steel chassis. This makes them uniquely vulnerable to the elements, as they lack the natural insulation of masonry.
To prevent your home from overheating in the summer and freezing in the winter, we can install YBS foil insulation underneath your cladding. YBS foil insulation works by managing temperature in your home throughout the year, keeping you cooler in the summer and warmer during winter.
