The Freefoam products we supply are automatically covered by a standard 20-year guarantee, but Freefoam offers an extended 50-year Lifetime transferable guarantee on all white profiles, in addition to the standard 20-year guarantee.
uPVC gutters have a shelf life of around 25-35 years, though metal guttering can last for longer. If you notice that the plastic has split or looks damaged, it may be time for new guttering. We can repair and replace your guttering for you and offer a range of styles.

We will send a written quote to you, which will outline everything that we discussed in our survey.
Yes we do require a deposit. Regrettably, this is something we have had to enforce due to last minute cancellations. Upon acceptance of your contract you will be required to pay an upfront 20% deposit. 3 weeks before your job is intended to be carried out our office team will call you to confirm dates and take a further 30% to cover parts and materials which are non-returnable as they are ordered bespoke to your job. Upon completion you will be required to pay the remaining 50%.
Within 14 days of paying your deposit we will provide you with a full refund if you wish to cancel. After 14 days we will still issue a refund, but the cost of office admin will be deducted based on our internal expenses. Once we call to confirm your dates and take an additional 30% then you will not be enititled to a refund as parts will have been ordered for your job and not something we can refund.
