Cladding Applied To Dormers in Canford Heath
Dormers are used to increase useable space in the loft areas. For example, if you’re thinking of creating more space in your loft but the pitch of the roof does not provide enough free-standing space, then a dormer is a great way to gain more space without too much building work.
Dormers come in a variety of styles from gable fronted to a bonnet dormer. Some have their own unique ornate style, whereas others could do with a personal touch. This Canford Heath property features two large flat roof dormers at the front and rear of the property. Looking to match some cladding installed by a previous builder, they decided to give the Gutter & Cladding company a call.
We were able to successfully colour match the existing cladding and completed a 4 day build in 3, giving the customer a completed project sooner. This build features Marley Cedral Weatherboard Cladding in Ocean Tones C62 Violet Blue, with YBFoil providing insulation.

“Extremely happy with the work that was done here. Excellent work, neat, tidy and it has made a total transformation to our property. It looks more streamlined, modern, crisp, clean and makes our property appear to be much wider. The guys were very hard workers, polite , respectful, genuinely nice to have around. All work was well executed and of a high standard, they left our property as they found it. A well run professional company, skips and scaffolding were arranged prior to the start of the job and they started when they said they would. We would thoroughly recommend this company.”
