Millboard have two composite cladding ranges to choose from: Shadow Line and Board & Batten.
The Shadow Line board is designed to replicate smooth timber, with a flat grained finish that creates a clean, authentic look. Its wider width compared to standard timber boards allows for larger grain detail, resulting in a visually stunning appearance while maintaining stability over time. The board's oblique angles prevent water from collecting between profiles and facilitate rainwater runoff, while the indent between boards adds an ultra-realistic visual definition to the grain patterns.
The Envello Shadow Line+ is an advanced version of the Shadow Line, offering superior properties and a fire classification. It has been tested according to the rigorous standards of BS EN 13501-1 and achieves a Euroclass D classification - not only for the boards themselves, but also for the accessory items such as Reveal Boards, Corner Profiles, and Coloured Head Screws.
Millboard's Board & Batten collection offers the perfect blend of contemporary and traditional designs. Each piece of timber in this collection is meticulously moulded by hand, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind balance. The tongue and groove profile of these boards eliminates the need for fixings through the entire board, significantly cutting down installation time compared to the conventional method of timber batten-on-board cladding. Moreover, the Board & Batten profiles are thoughtfully designed with varying angles to create distinct shadow definition between the grain patterns, while also allowing efficient drainage when used horizontally.
