The whole process was superb from  contacting Jack in the office who booked an appointment for me with Simon who gave me all the information I needed plus price in a friendly and professional way and after discussing it with my wife we went ahead and ordered the hardie lap cladding in soft green plus insulation!!!!!! The installation team Adam and Rich were first class and nothing was too much trouble for them and were definitely customer focused and orientated and very pleasant,polite and friendly and did the job efficiently and quickly with no fuss and tidied up as they went and did such a good job of it that you would be hard put( except for the cladding!!!!) to know that we had anything done!!!!! We were not disappointed.
From the onset we were treated with courtesy. Everything was fully explained – the different types of cladding, the insulation and the fitting procedure.
As we were unsure of which colour cladding to have, photos of the house with the different colour cladding superimposed on it were sent to us. This was a tremendous help.
The fitting crew were very competent, polite and professional answering our questions and queries in a knowledgable and well mannered way.
The work was carried out to a very high standard and any mess was cleaned up as they went along.
We received phone calls and texts from head office checking that we were happy and keeping us up to date with any changes.
Overall it was a thoroughly professional job with a lovely end result.
