Upgrading gutters for detached houses

Our gutter team recently visited a local homeowner in Poole whose gutters were experiencing poor flow. During heavy rain, the gutters would overflow and cause pooling of water near the foot of the building. This caused internal problems including damp and mould – improvement was needed, and fast!

Replacing gutters to prevent damp

Using more efficient high flow gutters, the team replaced the existing gutters, fascia boards and soffits with much more durable uPVC versions. The team were able to accommodate the homeowner’s needs and ensure water tightness and proper water flow up to the property line, ensuring not to damage the integrity of their neighbour’s system.

The property now has improved water flow, a fresh-looking roofline and reduction of water ingress, all whilst protecting the property line.
