We were recently commissioned by a group of homeowners to replace their existing wooden Fascias and Soffits. Looking to prepare for the future they wanted to replace their wooden versions with longer lasting and easier to maintain uPVC versions. From start to finish the project took just over 2 weeks using 2 of our teams to complete the work. Smooth white Fascias were installed and vented Soffit boards were used. We re-installed the existing gutters as these were relatively new and did not require replacing, saving these homeowners money.
They can now rest easy as for many years to come there roof-line will need very little maintenance aside from their annual gutter cleaning, which will be carried out by The Gutter & Cladding Team.
