After experiencing water ingress and reoccurring spots of damp and mould this customer called The Gutter & Cladding Company to help with discovering the source. We carried out an inspection and discovered the water ingress was due to blocked downpipes on the roof line and front extension. The poor flow rate of the concrete gutters was not helping get the water away either. Once the job was confirmed we were able to action a team to be with the customer in less than 3 weeks.
A two-man team completed the job in under a week. Starting by cutting away the old finlock gutters free from the roofline. The cladding was then installed up to the roofline to act as a base for the fascias. This also added seamless finish to the install.
Using on shelf available Cedral Colour Coded paint this customer was able to paint in existing wood structures and old soffits to match their cladding. With positive feedback from the neighbourhood, this customer is in love with their house which is now their home.
